Lauren Dallachiesa

Biography

I am currently pursuing a Physics degree at Grove City College. I plan to graduate in 2015 and continue on to graduate school studying some form of materials science. Over the past 3 years at Grove City College, I have been an active participant in our Physics Club, in previous years I served as Outreach Coordinator. This year I have the honor of serving as Vice President of our Physics Club as well as President of our chapter of Sigma Pi Sigma. I've spent 3 years doing nanotechnology research at my home institution, and last summer I had the amazing opportunity to participate in an REU at Idaho State University. This summer I have the opportunity to do research at West Virginia University. In my spare time, I absolutely love hiking, caving, and just general exploring in the mountains where I live.
