Download and complete the SPS Bulk Membership Application Form (excel spreadsheet). Please email the completed form to sps [at] aip.org (subject: SPS%20Bulk%20Membership%20Application%20Form) and return it in hard copy to the SPS National office along with a check or money order, or call 301-209-3007 with credit card information.
