To some extent or another, online shopping has taken over our lives. I’m not an exception, and I recently gave in to a particularly useful impulse buy. It was a fidget cube– a desk toy with six faces of buttons, clickers, and spinning parts.

Every time I realize another week is over, I am a little surprised. At the end of week 6, I am very aware the internship is closer to its conclusion than its start. I truly hope to make the most of the next few weeks.

I cannot believe how fast this summer is going... July 4th is already past and we are halfway through our summer internships! I'm trying hard to enjoy everything while it lasts.

Happy (belated) Independence Day! I am astounded that it is July. I knew this summer would go quickly, but it is nevertheless baffling to realize just how quickly it is flying by.

Holy cow! The summer is going by fast. This week in SPS outreach I posted a new Jeopardy round that focuses on acoustics! I'm excited to play this round with the interns and our mentors at a virtual picnic that is coming up in a few weeks.

Some of you may have noticed that I consistently chose one-word titles for my blog posts. I like to think that it is because single, strong words are attention-grabbing. The more likely reason is that I am a creature of habit. Regardless, the word for this week is unified, thanks to Dr.
